| Activity | Schools |
| Purpose | The purpose of the schools is to help build human capacity for e-Governance, particularly in developing countries. |
| Description |
The target audience of schools are Public Administration officials, practitioners, trainers and other stakeholders of e-Governance from Government, Industry and Academia. Schools can be designed, organised and implemented in a variety of ways. In most cases, it may be most beneficial to organise schools as back-to-back events vis-à-vis workshops. The duration and course composition of schools vary according to particular needs. Member institutions of the Community would be responsible for organising these events. The courses organised in different countries can be taught by international as well as by local experts, while they would ideally be attended by local practitioners selected to benefit the host country. |
