Lic. Elida Rodriguez is the Coordinator of the Reform and Estate
Modernization Unit from the
Administrative, Legal and Technical Secretary of Mendoza
Province. She is responsible for the design and
implementation of Towards a Digital Government Plan of Mendoza
Province. Elida Rodriguez is also the Coordinator of Model of Strategic Planning
of Electronic Government, formulated within the scope of the Launching
Seminar of Net Number 13 "Towns and the Information Society" from URB-AL II
Program of the European Union, with the participation of Maresme from
Spain; Treviso from Italy; Chorrillos from Perú; Viña del
Mar from Chile; and Junín and Mendoza from Argentina. |
