Elsa Estévez is Assistant Professor at Universidad Nacional
del Sur (UNS) in Bahía Blanca, Argentina. She holds a Magister
in Computer Science from the same university and a Licenciado Degree
in Computer Science from Universidad de Buenos Aires, Argentina. She
teaches subjects related to Software Engineering. She is member of the
e-Macao project at United Nations University - International Institute
for Software Technology. Her research interest include: Electronic
Government and Component-Based Development.
